HELENA – The 50th Annual Helena Christmas Parade will be held on Dec. 4 at 10 a.m. The theme this year is “50 years of Christmas Joy.” Participant forms are available at Cityofhelena.org under Christmas Parade information.
CALERA – The Calera Christmas Village and Parade will be held on Saturday, Dec. 4. The Village will open from 2-6 p.m. and the parade will start at 6 p.m. The Calera High School band will be playing in the parade.
HARPERSVILLE – The Old Baker Farm Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place on Saturday, Dec. 4 at 6 p.m. The Mt Laurel Nightingales will perform.
MONTEVALLO – The American Village Colonial Christmas Lunch and Tour will take place on Dec. 6 from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Tickets will be $35.
ALABASTER – Join Cultivate Church for SHE Shine on Monday, Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. Worship, eat treats, hear a word just for women and build relationships with the women around you. SHE Shines is open to women all over Shelby County not just Cultivate. Register on the church's Eventbrite page.
HELENA – The Helena High School Concert Ensemble will be held on Thursday, Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. in the Helena High School Auditorium.
ALABASTER – The First Baptist Church Alabaster will host its Winter Wonderland from 6-8 p.m. on Dec. 8. Free tickets can be acquired through Eventbrite.
HELENA – The Helena Beautification Board is accepting nominations for Helena’s annual competition of Best Decorated House until Wednesday, Dec. 15. CHELSEA – The Chelsea Fine Arts Christmas Extravaganza will take place on Thursday, Dec. 9 at the Chelsea High School Auditorium at 6:30 p.m.
HELENA – The Helena High School Winter Choir Concert will be held on Thursday, Dec. 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the Helena High School Auditorium.
