CHELSEA - Join the Chelsea Community Center for a tot time story time to encourage parent/child bonding and lifelong reading on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 10:30 a.m. Storytime with music and games for tots and their parents to learn early development skills will be available. This event is for toddlers and early preschoolers.
