The city of Montevallo will celebrate National Night Out on Tuesday, Oct. 22 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Orr Park.

Calera Main Street’s 2024 Trunk or Treat will take place on Thursday, Oct. 24.
The Oak Mountain State Fair will return to Pelham at the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre on Thursday, Oct. 24 and will run through Sunday, Nov. 3.
The Jimmy Hall Band will perform at the Song Theater in Columbiana on Friday, Oct. 25 at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m.
The 16th annual Alabaster Fall Fest will take place on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with Jubilee #4 set to occur from noon to 4 p.m. Both events will take place at Larry Simmons Stadium.
The annual Montevallo Art Stalk will take place on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will include art, food, fun, live music and activities for all ages.
The annual Concert for a Cause benefitting the Alabama National Cemetery will take place on Sunday, Oct. 27 from 3-4 p.m.
The fifth annual Chief’s Challenge will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 5:30 p.m. at the Montevallo High School football field. The event showcases first responders and the physical standards they must meet competing against local youth organizations. This year's event is a six person relay team challenge.
Columbiana’s annual Halloween tradition of Monsters on Main will take place on Columbiana Main Street on Thursday, Oct. 31 with plenty of candy to offer children.
Montevallo’s Hometown Halloween will be celebrated downtown from 3:30-5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. Trick or Treat festivities will take place on Montevallo Main Street.
Chelsea’s fall craft fair will return on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 9 a.m. at the Chelsea Community Center.
The second annual Dia de los Muertos Festival will take place at 620 Valley Street in Montevallo on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 2-10 p.m. Admission to the event is free.
