Common Ground will perform during the next iteration of Montevallo’s Friday Nights at the Cove on Friday, May 31 at 6:30 p.m. at Owl Cove in Montevallo.
The 2024 edition of Alabaster CityFest will take place on Saturday, June 1 on the front lawn of Thompson High School starting at 9 a.m. and will feature a regional music lineup and a host of other attractions, including vendors and food trucks.
The third edition of the Calera First Friday celebration will take place on Friday, June 7 from 6-9 p.m. at the Calera Courtyard. The theme for this program will be a Backyard Bash.
The annual Alabaster Police Appreciation Dinner will take place on Tuesday, June 11 from 6-8 p.m. at Champy’s Famous Fried Chicken in Alabaster.
21 Savage’s The American Dream Tour will come to the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre in Pelham on Tuesday, June 11.
The third edition of Helena Old Town Live in 2024 will take place on Saturday, June 15 and will be carried by music from Lauren Alaina and Chase Wright at Helena’s Amphitheater park.

Liberty Day begins with a concert on Main Street on Friday, June 28, followed by a full day of family-friendly events on Saturday, June 29.
Drivin N Cryin will mark the return of two familiar bands to the Helena Old Town Live series on Wednesday, July 3 as Bloodkin and Telluride join the lineup at Helena’s Amphitheater Park.
Another Calera First Friday festival will take place on Thursday, July 4 from 6-9 p.m. at the Calera Courtyard. This event’s theme is Food, Fun and Fireworks.
In honor of Oak Mountain State Park’s rich moonshining history, we are thrilled to announce our new race, Shiner Ridge Revival 7.4 mile trail run! It is said that during the prohibition, more shine came out of the hills of Double Oak Mountain than anywhere else in Alabama. So, join us next 4th of July for a race to the top of King’s Chair during golden hour. The event will take place at Oak Mountain State Park on Thursday, July 4 from 8 p.m. to Friday, July 5 at 8 a.m.
