Two by Two rescues Barktoberfest has been postponed to Sunday, Nov. 6 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Helena Amphitheater Park. There will be vendors, food trucks, an off-leash dog park, a Two by Two merchandise booth, performances, photobooth and more.
HOOVER - The Out of the Darkness Community Walk is a journey of remembrance, hope and support. It will take place at Veterans Park in Hoover on Sunday, Nov. 6 from 1-4 p.m. The goal of the walk is to unite communities and raise awareness and provide resources on mental health conditions.

Another Calera Main Street First Friday festival will be held on Friday, June 30 from 5-10 p.m. in downtown Calera. Guests can expect an outstanding firework display after dark made possible by TNT Fireworks as well as vendors, live music, food, fun and games.
