CHELSEA – Tot Time at the Chelsea Community Center will take place on Thursday, Sept. 8 at 10:30 a.m. Join Mrs. Emily for this story time to encourage parent/child bonding and lifelong reading. Storytime with music and games for tots and their parents to learn early development skills. This event is for toddlers and early preschoolers.
