-Theft of property and criminal mischief from 2070 Corporate Woods Drive (commercial). Stolen was a 287 C multi-terrain loader valued at $75,000, a bucket valued at $1,500 and damaged was part of a chain link fence in the amount of $250.
-Lost property from Alabaster (residence, home). Lost was a men’s wallet with contents.
-Property damage from 705 Colonial Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a hood, a top of a vehicle and a driver-side quarter panel in the amount of $2,500.
-Harassing communications from the 700 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from 844 Highway 31 South (service, gas station). Stolen were a Betsy Johnson purse valued at $50, $60 cash and an iPod Nano valued at $100.
-Theft of property from 9200 Highway 119 (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were Loreal Revitalift deep-set wrinkle repair valued at $39.98 and Old Spice deodorant valued at $5,38.
-Burglary and theft of property from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Trail (residence, home). Stolen waere an Xbox 360 Elite valued at $600 and an Acer laptop valued at $800.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 1754 D Woodbrook Trail (residence, home). Confiscated were marijuana, a marijuana smoking device and two packs of marijuana cigarette rolling papers.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 1754 D Woodbrook Trail (residence, home). Confiscated were partially burned marijuana cigars and a marijuana smoking device.
-Domestic incident from the 600 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).
-Possible forged prescriptions from the 200 block of Buck Creek Plaza (drug store).
-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 1300 block of Willow Creek Place (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief and criminal trespass from the 60 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway Suite 3 (specialty store). Damaged were a front entrance in the amount of $100, sheet rock walls in the amount of $500 and computer and video equipment and phone lines in the amount of $1,000.
-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 725 First Street South (convenience store). Confiscated were a crack pipe, a copper brillo pad and a knife.
-Welfare check from the 100 block of Blue Grass Drive (residence, home).
-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Park Village Drive (residence, home).
-Information from the 100 block of Grande View Lane (residence, home).
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 1500 block of First Street North (hotel, motel).

-Theft of property and harassment from the 1500 block of Mission Hills Road (residence, home). Stolen were a 32-inch Polaroid flat-screen television valued at $1,100, a Curtis DVD player valued at $35 and 20 music CDs valued at $20.

-Found property from County Road 264 at Warrior Park (highway, street). Recovered was a men’s wallet containing an Alabama OLN and various personal effects.
-Minor in consumption and unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds from the 1000 block of Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated were Stump King Cloud incense and a glass pipe used for smoking marijuana.
-Unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds from U.S. Highway 31 at Title Max (highway, street). Confiscated was serenity incense valued at $20.

-Attempting to elude and leaving the scene of an accident from 10th Avenue Southeast at Hilltop Road (highway, street). Damaged was a black 1997 Chevrolet Blazer in the amount of $2,000.
-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 100 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast (residence, home).
-Runaway juvenile from the 500 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Wild Flower Trail (residence, home). Stolen was a John Deere self propelled lawnmower valued at $400.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Green Briar Trace (residence, home). Stolen and recovered was a 1997 Chevrolet Blazer valued at $3,000.

-Recovered firearm from Highway 119 at Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was a Ruger .380 valued at $300.

-Noise violation from the 200 block of Meadowlark Drive (residence, home).
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Seventh Avenue Southeast at Seventh Court Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated were crack cocaine valued at $20 and pipes used to smoke crack cocaine valued at $1.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 300 block of Park Village Drive (residence, home).
-Noise complaint from the 500 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Public intoxication from 689 First Street Southwest (restaurant).
-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 at Second Street (highway, street). Recovered were a plastic rod used to assist in smoking crack cocaine and brillo used to assist in smoking crack cocaine.
-Criminal mischief from the 2000 block of King Charles Court (residence, home). Damaged was a tree – toilet paper thrown around tree and yard in the amount of $20.
-Information only from the 500 block of Regent Drive.
-Theft of property from 213 Cloverdale Circle (commercial). Stolen were three air conditioners valued at $15,000.
-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Stolen was $50 in U.S. currency.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and promoting prison contraband from 201 First Street North (jail, prison). Confiscated was heroin.
-Animal complaint – barking dog from the 800 block of Wynlake Bend (residence, home).
-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 1200 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home).
-Open door from the 1200 block of Highway 11 (residence, home).

-Damage to property and theft of property from the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a flag pole in the amount of $50 and stolen was a U.S. flag valued at $100.

-Criminal mischief and theft from the 200 block of Treehaven Lane (field, woods). Stolen was 600 pair phone wire valued at $5,000.
-Burglary III and theft II from the 100 block of Summerchase Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were miscellaneous rings, a cross necklace, gold earrings and black pearl earrings.
