I have tried dozens of cases before the Court of Civil Appeals, losing only one. Serving on this court is a lifelong dream. I pledge to seek no other office in the future. Workers&8217; compensation lawsuits are the second-most litigated cases in the Civil Appeals Court behind domestic relations cases.
