CALERA – Police are still searching for a suspect in a weekend child abduction case.

The suspect, described as 6-foot-tall white male, stole a white pick-up truck from an Alabama 25 gas station around 8:30 a.m. with a 1-year-old girl in the backseat.

The truck and girl were founded abandoned around 11:30 a.m. in Brighton. She was not injured, but was treated for dehydration, according to Capt. Rick Rollan.
