Stephen Bailey Cannon and Anna Marie Winterbottom of Calera were married May 5, 2007 in a church ceremony at Calera Baptist Church.

The bride is the daughter of Ricky and Beth Winterbottom of Calera. She is the granddaughter of Bobby and Jean Godfrey of Calera and Dean and Sara Winterbottom of Calera. She is the granddaughter of the late Ann Barnett Winterbottom. She is the great-granddaughter of the Rev. & Mrs. H.L. Sizemore and the late Mr. & Mrs. W.W. Godfrey.

The groom is the son of W.C. & Janie Cannon of Philadelphia, Mississippi. He is the grandson of Mary Lyn Cheatham and Earnestine Cannon of Mississippi.

The maids of honor were Lauren Acre and Elizabeth Brown. Bridesmaids were Ashley Hamrick, Brooke Hamrick, Sarah Lawrence, Jana Johnson, Cole Richards and Krista Hoggle. The best man was W.C. Cannon. The groomsmen were Stewart Cannon, Josh Cannon, Bubba Heard, Brian Moore, Joey Loper, Paul Winterbottom and Adam Winterbottom. The flower girl was Maddie Acre and the ring bearer was Cole Cheatham.

The ushers were Eric Ellison, James Wilson, Matt Wilkins and Sam Collier.

The groom graduated from Mississippi State and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He is on staff at Calera Baptist Church. The bride is presently attending Jefferson State Community College.

The reception was held at the church following the ceremony. The couple spent their honeymoon in Bermuda and now reside in Calera
