Ann Copenhaver and Larry Copenhaver of Pensacola, Fla., are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Liz Copenhaver to Forrest Walker of Columbiana.

Forrest is the son of Tim and Ona Walker of Columbiana, and the grandson of Lewis and Imogene Walker of Columbiana, Richard and Geraldine Marheine of Calera and the late Kenneth Wakefield of Calera.

Liz is the granddaughter of Margaret Burks and the late Douglas Burks of Pensacola, and Ida Copenhaver and the late Lawrence Copenhaver of Pensacola.

They will be married at 5 p.m. March 15, 2008, at the American Village Chapel in Montevallo.

Liz is a 2002 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School in Pensacola, Fla., and a 2005 graduate of Auburn University. She currently works for Homewood City Schools.

Forrest is a 1999 graduate of Shelby County High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Montevallo. He currently works for Lafarge North America in Calera
