-Burglary from the 100 block of Lorrin Lane (residence, home), Westover. Stolen was a Kenmore smooth top stainless steel stove valued at $439 and a Kenmore stainless steel dishwasher valued at $224.

-Harassment and criminal use of defense spray from Stevens Creek at Mountain View Parkway (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief and theft of property from the 0-100 block of Dubose Drive (residence, home), Montevallo. Damage valued at $200 was done to two copper gas fittings. Stolen were two 100-foot pieces of bronze copper tubing valued at $400.

-Rape from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.

-Domestic investigation from the 800 block of Highway 46 (highway, street), Shelby.

-Criminal trespass from the 1900 block of Highway 46 (residence, home), Shelby.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Strickland Road (commercial), Columbiana.

-Harassing communications from the 6900 block of Cahaba Valley Road (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Assault and harassment from the 100 block of Lenox Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 2700 block of Highway 71 (residence, home), Shelby. Damaged was a 2007 Ford Crown Vic.

-Trespassing and theft of property from the 100 block of Shadowood Lane (storage facility), Sterrett. Stolen was 100 pounds of aluminum cans valued at $100.

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Highway 40 (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 1700 block of Springfield Loop E. (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Highway 335 (residence, home), Chelsea. Copper parts from an A/C unit were stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from Caballo Circle (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Belvedere Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver valued at $200.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of School Road (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen were 35 20mg Methylphenidate tablets and 13 10mg Dexmethlphenidate tablets valued at $80.

Aug. 20

-Public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance from 5492 U.S. 280 (Cowboy’s service, gas station), Birmingham. Recovered were 25 Clonazepam tablets and five Oxcodone tablets.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 2900 block of County Road 45 (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Harassing communications from Cupid’s Lane (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 2200 block of Highway 31 (residence, home), Calera.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of Rachel Lane (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Structure fire from the 3000 block of Brookhill Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 (restaurant), Birmingham. Damaged was a 5-foot section of wrought iron fence.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Chelsea Forest Road (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was a gold Presidential Rolex with a black face valued at $10,000.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 and County Road 26 (highway, street), Alabaster. Recovered were .05 grams of cocaine and .02 ounces of marijuana.

-Theft of property from Noe Way (residence, home), Columbiana. Stolen was a push lawnmower valued at $135, a McCullough 16-inch chainsaw valued at $100, a weed-eater valued at $50 and a Coleman 6000 watt generator valued at $500.

-Paraphernalia possession from the 2000 block of Highway 5 (residence, home), Wilsonville. A yellow and red glass marijuana pipe was recovered.

-Unlawful carrying of a pistol and unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at Ozley Road (church), Alabaster. Recovered were 10 plastic bags with marijuana, a Jimincz Arms J.A. Nine, an AG-Galesi .25 caliber, 10 9mm rounds and 14 .25 caliber rounds.
