Frances Stubbs is one of the many smiling faces at Davis Drugs Snack Bar. Her version of cheesecake would be a great new dessert on any holiday table.

1 box yellow cake mix

3 cups Ricotta cheese

3/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 eggs

Directions

Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour into 13×19 pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let cool ad then dust with powdered sugar.
