HOOVER – Fitness Together is gearing up to celebrate another year in Hoover.

Owner Rodney Golden assembled a team of fitness professionals three years ago to launch the studio at 5192 Caldwell Mill Road.

The gym opened Jan. 10, 2005. Golden also owns the Fitness Together at Patton Creek.

The 26-year-old business owner said he enjoys serving the community and helping people lose weight, tone up and live healthier lives.

“We have been very busy helping residents get in shape,” said Golden. “I welcome the opportunity to help more Hoover residents reach their fitness goals.”

Golden said his business can help people keep those New Year’s resolutions because all new clients receive personal training to help develop achievable fitness plans.

Fitness Together has more than 380 studios and opens approximately 10 new locations across the country each month.

The company is the largest wellness organization in the world currently employing 3,000 personal trainers responsible for training 30,000 clients each week
