Lucille Easterling Ellison, 74, of Jemison died Friday, Jan. 4, 2008, at her residence.

She was born Friday, Oct. 13, 1933, in Chilton County. She was the daughter of the late Ruben Samuel Easterling and the late Isabell Connell Ellison.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her husband, Mr. Floyd Lester Ellison of Jemison; son, Mr. Ronnie Ellison of Calera; two daughters, Mrs. Donna Tillery of Jemison and Mrs. Regina Young of Clanton; sister, Kathleen Farris of Thorsby; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Lynn Ellison, two sisters and five brothers.

Friends were received from 5-8 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008.

Services were held Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008, a 2 p.m. at Victory Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald Jones and the Rev. Royce Ellison officiating.

Interment followed in Midway Memorial Gardens in Jemison.
