-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 5400 block of Woodford Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited was a Visa credit card valued at $485.95.
-Unlawful breaking entering motor vehicle from the 100 block of Lay Port Loop, Shelby (other, unknown). Stolen were a computer bag, a Toshiba laptop valued at $480, an Apple iPod. a Sony Cybershot digital camera, 15 Hydrocodone, 15 Zanax and 15 Clonazapam.
-Burglary from the 200 bock of Highway 471, Chelsea (government, public building). Stolen were 14 Alabama State Coon Hunters Association hats valued at $125, two 24-packs of Cokes valued at $10 and $15 from a cabinet. Damaged were a plastic cabinet and a wooden cabinet in the amount of $70.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Saintfield Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a solid gold tennis necklace laced with diamonds valued at $20,000.
