National Football League star Karlos Dansby will offer a free football camp June 19 for children ages 8-18 at Oak Mountain High School.
Dansby, who played college football at Auburn, is a standout linebacker for the NFL’s Miami Dolphins.
Dansby’s second-annual youth football camp is non-contact with no pads or helmets. Dansby and the coaching staff will run instructional drills and teach football fundamentals. Children are encouraged to come wearing a t-shirt, shorts and tennis shoes or cleats. Water and Powerade will be provided.
Send an email with the child’s name, age and youth football affiliation (if any) to nflcamp@franceathletes.com to register for a spot in the camp.
Registrants will receive a confirmation email with a parent waiver attached that must be signed by a parent or guardian in order for the child to attend.
