-Criminal mischief from the 600 block of Heatherwood Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown).
-Theft of property from the 200 block Marina Road, Shelby. Stolen were 50 Oxycodone, 30 Hydrocodone, 10 Xanax, a Smith and Wesson .357 magnum revolver valued at $900, a Franchi 20-gauge shotgun valued at $600, $50 in cash and two rings valued at $2,000.
-Burglary from the 900 block of Highway 17, Montevallo. Stolen were a gold ring, a Gameboy valued at $100, a PSP valued at $100, two Phillips DVD players valued at $150, a 14 karat gold necklace, a billfold and purse and an Xbox valued at $100.
-Burglary/domestic violence – harassment from the 3000 block of Old Stone Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were two Ambien. Damaged were two house window, front door and two shutters in the amount of $1,150.
-Theft from Paradise Circle, Shelby. Stolen were items valued at $325.
