-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less)

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 200 Block of Old Highway 31 (residence/home). Damaged was a rear window trim of a gray Nissan Altima valued at $200.

-Driving under the influence any substance and possession of marijuana second degree from Interstate 65 southbound at exit 238 on ramp (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was 0.3 grams of marijuana joint.

-Harassing communications from the 300 Block of Limestone Park Drive (government/public building).

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of a controlled substance from County Road 95 at Industrial Drive (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was a firearm; Walther .22 caliber, firearm; Glock .40 caliber, clear plastic bag containing marijuana and two burned marijuana cigarettes, Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine pills and Oxycodone pills valued at $800.
