HELENA – The Helena Police Department is currently working on the scene of a motor vehicle collision that led to two fatalities on Highway 95 in the area of Riva Ridge Road.

According to information James Spann received from the HPD, the collision involved a motorcycle and a vehicle on Hwy 95. The motorcycle had two riders who were pronounced dead at the scene of the collision. The Shelby County Traffic Homicide Task Force is reportedly at the scene and is currently investigating the collision.

Highway 95 will be closed for extended period of time while the scene is processed. The HPD shared that it will provide an update when the road is reopened to travel.
