Sept. 16

-Alias warrant (driving without obtaining drivers license) from Simmsville Road and 4th Place NE.

-Domestic violence – menacing from the 200 Block of Shelby Farms Bend (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 200 Block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was a rear bumper valued at $500.

-Menacing from the 100 Block of 5th Court SE (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 400 Block of 3rd Street NE. Damaged were structures – other commercial/business.

Sept. 17

-Information only from the 100 Block of Mount Olive Road (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 7000 Block of Highway 17 (field/woods). Damaged was other valued at $1.

-Public intoxication from the 1300 Block of 1st Street North (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Property damage from the 700 Block of 1st Street South (construction site). Damaged was a power pole and approximately 500 feet of cable valued at $1.

-Domestic incident from the 100 Block of Timberleaf Circle.

-Alias warrant (failure to comply with court orders) and capias warrant (failure to register vehicle) from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

Sept. 18

-Animal complaint from the 400 Block of Poplar Ridge Drive.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 Block of Highway 119 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was approximately 4.0 grams of Methamphetamine, approximately 0.52 grams of Heroin, silver spoon with residue and glass pipe with residue.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more thn $500 – less than $1,500 and forgery second degree from the 800 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (bank/savings and loan). Stolen was a cashiers check valued at $750.

-Information only from the 1400 Block of Crosspath Drive (residence/home).

-Information only from the 100 Block of Red Oak Lane (residence/home).

-Information only from the 800 Block of 9th Street NW (drug store/doctor’s office/hospital).

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 1000 Block of Conner Circle (bank/savings and loan). Stolen was assorted U.S. currency valued at $52,275.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $327.66. Recovered were documents/personal or business.

-Information only from the 1400 Block of Amberley Woods Cove.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 119 and Kent Dairy Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 1700 Block of King James Drive (residence/home). Damaged was a structure – fence valued at $1.

-Alias warrant (FTA driving while suspended) and capias warrant (FTA driving while suspended) from the 100 Block of Main Street, Trussville (government/public building).

Sept. 19

-Theft of property second degree from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway. Stolen was Burbank Oak LVP valued at $1,560.90.

-Alias warrant (driving while license suspended) from the 100 Block of 11th Avenue SW.

-Information only from the 1000 Block of Big Cloud Circle (cyberspace).

-Animal complaint from 12th Avenue NE and 2nd Street NE.

-Capias (theft of property 4th) and failure to comply with court order from Highway 17 and MacQueen Drive, Helena.

-Lost property from the 200 Block of 2nd Street SW (department/discount store). Lost was a brown wallet, three social security cards, food stamp card, money and three medicaid cards.

-Failure to comply with court orders and capias warrant: public intoxication from the 4400 Block of Crescent Drive, Irondale.

-Domestic incident from the 1800 Block of Woodbrook Circle.

-Information only from Silvercreek Subdivision.

-Domestic incident from the 10600 Block of Highway 17.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 400 Block of 1st Street SW (liquor store). Stolen were multiple bottles of alcohol valued at $387.

Sept. 20

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 500 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Recovered were two blunts containing 2.5 grams of marijuana.

-Property damage from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Damaged was a yellow pole valued at $0.

-Alias warrant – traffic from the 30 Block of Philip Davis Street, Pelham.

-Property damage from the 800 Block of 3rd Street NE (drug store/doctor’s office/hospital). Damaged was a metal clearance rail valued at $100.

-Information only from Alabaster (other/unknown).

-Animal complaint – dog on dog attack from the 1000 Block of Canvasback Way.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $198.

-Domestic violence – third degree – harassment from Butler Road and Highway 17 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Domestic violence – third degree – harassment from the 300 Block of Cornwall Drive (residence/home).

-Animal complaint from the 100 Block of Thoroughbred Lane.

Sept. 22

-Domestic violence – third degree – harassment from the 1700 Block of Woodbrook Trail (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 northbound at mile marker 239 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Found property from the 1000 Block of 1st Street North. Recovered was a Taurus revolver.

-Capias warrant (DUI) and capias warrant (driving while license revoked) from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Alias warrant (FTA – texting while driving) from Pineview Road, Montevallo.

-Property damage from Stadium Drive. Damaged were chainlink gates and a post valued at $1.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $175.53.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing government operations from the 700 Block of Highway 31. Recovered was a marijuana grinder valued at $1.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 at mile marker 238. Damaged was the front bumper, windshield and minor scratches and dents.
