The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments in Shelby County from Aug. 30 and Sept. 4-18:

 

Alabaster

Aug. 30

-Information only from the 1500 Block of Windsor Court (other/unknown).

Sept. 9

-Property damage from Alabaster Boulevard (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a front windshield of a black Chevrolet Tahoe valued at $1.

-Alias warrant (speeding) from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Violation of a court order and capias warrant – DUI alcohol from the 1000 Block of Park Drive, Leeds (government/public building).

-Information only from the 1200 Block of 8th Avenue SW (residence/home). Stolen was a red Polaris ATV Ranger, remote control airplane and two picnic tables valued at $3.

-Death investigation from the 500 Block of Warrior Drive (residence/home).

-Alias warrant – failure to comply with court orders from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana (air/bus/train terminal).

-Domestic violence – third degree from the 400 Block of First Street SW (commercial/office building).

-Bench warrant – failure to comply with court order from the 1200 Block of Montgomery Highway, Vestavia Hills.

-Possession of marijuana first degree from the 9000 Block of Highway 119 (convenience store). Recovered was approximately 40 grams of marijuana, $4,697 U.S. currency and Glock handgun.

-FTA: operating vehicle without insurance from Highway 22, Calera.

-Assault third degree from the 7300 Block of Alabama Highway 119 (park/playground).

Sept. 10

-Stolen property – RSP sale of stolen property, $1,500 or more from the 100 Block of 1st Avenue North (department/discount store). Recovered were merchandise cards valued at $2,400.

-Violation of a stop order and working without a permit from the 100 Block of Lake Terrace (residence/home).

-Failure to comply with court orders from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $49.97.

-Identity theft from the 3000 Block of North Grande View Cove (Cyberspace). Stolen was $385 in U.S. currency and identity – intangible valued at $385.

-Failure to comply wit court and capias warrant: TOP 4th – theft of property 4th from the 300 Block of City Street, Clanton.

-Information only from the 100 Block of Gold Wire Place.

-Harassment from the 1900 Block of Warrior Parkway (residence/home).

Sept. 11

-Domestic incident from the 400 Block of Meadowlark Place.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 1800 Block of Mohawk Drive (residence/home). Stolen was a video camera from bedroom, Jordans shoes, kitchen knives and copper valued at $950.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 26 and Mellow Drive (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was 1.1 grams of Methamphetamine and a meth pipe.

-Receiving stolen property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 1000 Block of 1st Street South (convenience store). Recovered was a 2012 Honda Fit valued at $1.

-Information only from the 100 Block of 1st Avenue West (commercial/office building).

-Trespassing notice from the 9200 Block of Highway 119 (convenience store).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $59.

-FTA from the 300 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway.

Sept. 12

-Trespassing notice from the 200 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store).

-Trespassing notice from the 8200 Block of Highway 119 (service/gas station).

-Information only from the 200 Block of Saddle Lake Drive (residence/home).

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 10000 Block of Highway 119 (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Recovered were 3.2 grams of marijuana, a black grinder with residue and pipe with residue.

Sept. 13

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 1400 Block of Amberly Woods Cove (cyberspace). Stolen was $3,200 assorted U.S. currency valued at $3,200.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 800 Block of 9th Street NW (bank/savings and loan). Stolen was an unknown amount of assorted U.S. currency valued at $1.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 2200 Block of Kent Dairy Road (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $13.35.

-Information only from Interstate 65 northbound at mile marker 236 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Domestic incident from the 1000 Block of Arrowhead Trail.

-Harassment from the 700 Block of 12th Avenue SW (residence/home).

-Larceny/theft – theft – miscellaneous, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from Montevallo (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a Liberty Bank debit card, Paypal card, Cash App card, Discover credit card, Regions Bank debit card and cash valued at $15.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of a controlled substance from Montevallo (highway/street). Recovered was marijuana 2.00 grams; 8mg/2mg Buprenorphine and Naloxone strip and other narcotics 1.00 dosage; 2 grams of marijuana in the form of 2 blunts valued at $2.
