March 18
-Capias – (theft of property 4th) and failure to comply with court orders from Highway 25 at Highway 139, Montevallo.
-Harassment from Kent Dairy Road and Primrose Drive (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Criminal trespass third degree from the 500 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).
-Fraud – identity theft and illegal possession of credit/debit card from the 1300 Block of Applegate Drive (residence/home; other/unknown).
-Capias warrant (failure to display insurance) and capias warrant (driving without obtaining a drivers license) from Interstate 65 at mile marker 243, Pelham.
-Criminal mischief first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 500 Block of Fox Valley Farms Road (residence/home). Damaged were copper pipes, copper wires and electrical meter boxes valued at $20,000.

-Capias warrants from the 100 Block of 18th Street North, Pell City (jail/prison/penitentiary/corrections facility).
-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 1500 Block of Applegate Lane (bank/savings and loan). Stolen was money valued at $3,700.
-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to $2,500) from the 300 Block of Park Road (government/public building). Damaged were two public restrooms valued at $1,000.
-Property damage from Interstate 65 at mile marker 238 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a front windshield valued at $150.
-Information only from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway. Recovered was money (fake 20 dollar bills). Stolen was merchandise valued at $240.
-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 200 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store). Stolen were two Stanley tumblers valued at $90.
-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 Block of Cohill Drive.
-Fraud – identity theft from the 1600 Block of King Charles Court (residence/home).
-Domestic incident from the 1000 Block of Windsor Court.
March 20
-Assault third degree from the 600 Block of 9th Avenue SW (residence/home).
-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 1100 Block of 1st Street South (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a passenger side front quarter panel of a black Hyundai Santa Fe valued at $100.
-Domestic violence – third degree from the 1000 Block of Greenhead Drive. Recovered was approximately 0.52 grams of Acetaminophen/Oxycodone Hydrochloride, approximately 101 grams of marijuana, Taurus firearm and a Garaysar shotgun.
-Domestic incident from the 1500 Block of Simmsville Road (parking lot/drop lot/garage).
-Animal complaint from the 100 Block of Kentwood Drive (residence/home).
-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen were four miscellaneous wires valued at $471.20.
-Possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication from the 100 Block of Warwick Circle (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was a bag of cocaine.

-Domestic violence – third degree from the 100 Block of Broadmoor Lane (residence/home).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $1,500-$2,500 from the 100 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store). Stolen were seventeen miscellaneous items valued at $2,157.
-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 100 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store). Stolen were five miscellaneous items valued at $530.
-Harassment from the 1900 Block of Municipal Way (construction site).
-Theft of property fourth from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $47.04.
-Domestic violence – third degree from the 2000 Block of King Charles Court (residence/home).
