The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments in Shelby County from March 11-17:
Alabaster
March 11
-Property damage from the 9900 Block of Highway 119 (convenience store). Damaged was a passenger door of a black Toyota Tundra valued at $1.
-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 100 Block of White Cap Circle (residence/home). Stolen was an American Express credit/debit card valued at $0.
-Criminal mischief first degree (greater than $2,500) and criminal tampering second degree from the 1100 Block of 1st Street North (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was a wooden power pole valued at $25,000.
-Retail theft 1st degree from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen were 48 miscellaneous items valued at $778.43.
-FTA – theft of property 4th from the 1800 Block of 2nd Avenue North, Birmingham.
-Theft of property second from the 100 Block of Airview Lane (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Stolen was a Taurus G2 pistol valued at $1.
-Failure to comply with court order from Highway 31.
-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1600 Block of Simmsville Road (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Recovered was 1.1 grams of marijuana and a gold grinder.
March 12
-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to $2,500) from the 2000 Block of Highway 87 (commercial/office building). Damaged were two vehicle parts/accessories valued at $750.

-Alias writ of arrest – FTA DWS from Highway 25 and Day Drive, Montevallo.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 Block of 1st Avenue West (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was 0.4 grams of marijuana and a grinder.

-Property damage from the 100 Block of Equestrian Drive (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a black mailbox valued at $100.
