The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Feb. 6 and Feb. 16-23:

 

Feb. 6

-Theft of property first degree from the 800 block of The Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham. An LG front load washer and dryer valued at $2,000, Whirlpool stainless refrigerator valued at $1,000, Samsung stainless refrigerator valued at $1,000, deep freeze chest valued at $1,000, portable air compressor valued at $100 and HP desktop computer valued at $200 were stolen.

Feb. 16

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Woodbury Drive, Sterrett. A Moto g power, syringe with clear liquid believed to be Fentanyl, and a gray plastic sack with blue Fentanyl residue were confiscated.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 200 block of Griffin Park Trace, Birmingham.

-Criminal trespass from the 24000 block of Alabama 25, Columbiana.

-Theft of property from the 11000 block of Alabama 25, Calera. $100,000 in U.S. currency was stolen.

Feb. 17

-Miscellaneous incident from Valleydale Road and Indian Lake Drive, Birmingham. A 2017 Dodge Charger sustained $2,000 in damages.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 400 block of Reynolds Cemetery Road, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence second degree-assault from the 4000 block of Ashington Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1900 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Suicidal ideation from Chelsea Station Circle, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A 2017 Chevy Camaro was stolen.

-Fire investigation from U.S. 280 and Cheshire Drive, Westover. A 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLA250 SUV was damaged, sustaining burn damage to the front hood of the vehicle.

-Incident from the 80 block of Brandy Circle, Chelsea. A Glock 22 40-caliber, 40-caliber shell casing and Glock magazine with an unknown amount of rounds were confiscated.

-Incident from the 3000 block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 2000 block of Wilmington Place, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 800 block of Homestead Drive, Wilsonville.

-Forgery, fraudulent use of a credit card from the 300 block of Talon Drive, Birmingham.

Feb. 18

-Incident from Shelby County 83, Vincent.

-DUI-alcohol from U.S. 280 at East Inverness Parkway, Birmingham. An SCCY 9-millimeter pistol was confiscated.

-DUI from Shelby County 22 at Alabama 119, Montevallo.

-Incident from Alabama 25 and Sterrett Street, Columbiana. A 2017 Chevy Tahoe sustained front end damage (amount unknown).

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A glass jar containing marijuana (approximately 15 grams) was confiscated.

-Incident from the 3000 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the Shelby County Jail, 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. A powdery crystal-like substance believed to be meth (.5 gram) was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 1300 block of Whirlaway Circle, Helena. A small clear plastic baggie with a white powdery substance (0.5 gram) and a meth pipe with residue were confiscated.

Feb. 19

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia from the 242-mile marker of I-65, Pelham. A meth pipe with burnt residue and marijuana (approximately 2 grams) were confiscated.

-Open house party from the 2000 block of Springhill Court, Birmingham.

-Assault from the 10 block of Southwood Drive, Alabaster.

-Theft second degree from the 70 block of North River Drive, Shelby. A 2013 Utlo 10-foot utility trailer valued at $2,000 was stolen.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 10 block of Perkins Road, Shelby.

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Incident, recovered property from the 600 block of McBrayer Drive, Vincent. An iPhone in a case was recovered.

-Domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation, domestic violence-assault from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Agency assist-forced entry by fire department from the 700 block of Narrows Point Circle, Birmingham. A screened-in sunroom doorway and door frame were damaged from forced entry.

-Incident from U.S. 280 East and Shelby County 43. A Highpoint 45 ACP was confiscated.

Feb. 20

-Incident from the 5000 block of Afton Drive, Birmingham.

-Obstructing governmental operations from the 3000 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo. A black Glock was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, chemical endangerment of a child from Samford Street and Graham Street, Montevallo. Suspected cocaine (approximately 0.4 gram), marijuana (0.9 gram) and a straw with suspected cocaine residue were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana from Quarles Street and Selma Road, Montevallo. A round green pill with “Teva” and “833” (1-milligram Clonazepam, 0.1 gram) and marijuana (1.7 grams) were confiscated.

-Incident from the 1700 block of Shelby County 99, Shelby.

-Obstructing governmental operations from the 100 block of Union Station Drive, Calera.

-Death investigation from the 1400 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Obstructing governmental operations, disorderly conduct from the 100 block of Union Station Drive, Calera.

-Incident from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 2000 block of Shelby County 57, Vincent. A bedroom door was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

-Incident from the 3800 block of Galleria Woods Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property, unauthorized use of vehicle from the 8000 block of Shelby County 55, Wilsonville. A Medio Balboa 1947 Republic of Panama coin valued at $20, Canada 1996 two dollars valued at $500, Canada dollar 1993 valued at $400, 1952-2002 Canada 10 cents valued at $20, 1978 Canada five cents valued at $200 and a 2004 Canada penny valued at $0.23 were stolen.

-Animal bite from the 1000 block of Narrows Way, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from the 500 block of McBrayer Drive, Vincent.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

-Civil dispute from the 4700 block of Alabama 119, Montevallo at Gutierrez Auto Sales.

-Theft of property from the 4400 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. A key to a lock case valued at $15, Prada candy valued at $149.99, Versace perfume valued at $89.99, Jimmy Chow perfume valued at $52.99, Versace perfume YSL valued at $129.99 and Versace perfume COUTURE valued at $114.99 were stolen.

-Drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Walton Street, Columbiana. A syringe was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana from the 6400 block of Shelby County 51, Wilsonville.

Feb. 21

-Drug paraphernalia from the 236-mile marker of I-65, Alabaster. A pipe with meth residue was confiscated.

-Civil dispute from the 10 block of Spruce Drive, Columbiana.

-Incident from the 49900 block of Alabama 25, Sterrett. A rear wood and metal awning sustained $10,000 in damages.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Kennedy Avenue, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Atchison Drive, Chelsea. Propane in the amount of 36 gallons valued at $130 was stolen.

-Incident from the 1100 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous offense from the 1200 block of Chelsea Park Trail, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 8000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

-Attempting to elude, resisting arrest from the 300 block of Shelby County 19, Montevallo.

-Incident from the 200 block of Woodbridge Trail, Chelsea. A total of $3,501.99 was stolen from an American Express card.

-DUI from the 11000 block of Gallups Crossroads, Harpersville.

Feb. 22

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana. A refrigerator and two window air conditioner units were stolen.

-Utility diversion/tampering from the 700 block of Shelby County 446, Columbiana. Two water meters and approximately 8,500 gallons of water valued at $1,500 were stolen, and three locks were damaged.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 2000 block of Kent Dairy Road, Alabaster. Methamphetamine (5 grams), a glass pipe with residue and a blue tinted glass pipe with marijuana residue were confiscated.

-Incident from the 5100 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Woodbury Drive, Sterrett. Several paintballs were shot at a house, causing damage.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton. Window glass sustained $200 in damages.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of First Avenue, Shelby.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 600 block of Chelsea Station Circle, Chelsea.

-Criminal trespassing from the 200 block of Retreat Drive, Birmingham.

-Drug paraphernalia, possession of synthetic urine from the 1000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. A leafy green substance presumed to be marijuana (1 gram), six cut straws with oil/leafy residue, a metal marijuana grinder, bottle of synthetic urine and three hemp paper rolls were confiscated.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property from the 400 block of Oak Tree Drive, Chelsea. A Husqvarna 51 chainsaw with a metal kabob handle valued at $1,000 was stolen.

Feb. 23

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief second degree from the 100 block of Fullerton Drive, Montevallo. A 2014 Dodge Charger windshield ($500), 2001 Toyota Tacoma windshield ($500), residential window ($500) and a residential storm door ($300) were damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Fullerton Drive, Montevallo.

-Assault from the 100 block of Fullerton Drive, Montevallo.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. White powder believed to be heroin inside of a plastic bag (.2 gram), a used syringe with residue and a pink metallic straw with residue were confiscated.

-Public intoxication, disorderly conduct from the 100 block of Fullerton Drive, Montevallo.

-Criminal trespass by motor vehicle from the 200 block of Beeswax Park Road, Columbiana.

-Incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 5000 block of Pineywood Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. $200 was stolen via a money transfer.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 32000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville. A vehicle tag was stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from the 9000 block of Highway 41 South, Leeds.

-Domestic violence third degree-assault, resisting arrest from the 3500 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. A syringe with a possible substance inside was confiscated.

-DUI-alcohol from Shelby County 11 and Shelby County 36, Chelsea.
