The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Nov. 30-Dec. 6:
Nov. 30
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 700 block of Shelby County 221, Montevallo.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 4000 Building of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief first degree, theft of property first degree from the 53700 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver. A 2002 GMC C7500 boom service truck was damaged, and several Stihl tools valued at a combined $4,400 were stolen.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from U.S. 280 at Alabama 119, Birmingham. An orange pill bottle containing eight white pills (approximately 3.5 grams) was confiscated.
-Harassment from the 100 block of Sunset Lake Drive, Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 2100 block of Springfield Loop West CVAL, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea. White paint on a front window was damaged.
-Receiving stolen property from the 9000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. A 2024 BMW X5 valued at $80,000 was recovered.
-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Cambrian Way, Birmingham.
-Identity theft from the 600 block of Shelby County 467, Vincent. A total of $1,023.99 was stolen.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. 500 mg Shockwaves (opened) were recovered.
-Assault third degree from the 42500 block of Alabama 25, Vincent.
-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Shelby County 440, Chelsea.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 1000 block of Park View Drive, Chelsea.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 1 block of Southwood Drive, Alabaster.
-Theft of property, burglary from the 5000 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby. A door frame valued at $700 was damaged. A Husqvarna chainsaw valued at $800, Stihl chainsaw valued at $1,500, Stihl chainsaw valued at $2,500 and a gas-powered auger valued at $3,000 were stolen.
-Domestic violence-strangulation, interference with emergency call from the 130 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham.
-Resisting arrest from the 130 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham.
-Assault second degree from the 130 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, receiving stolen property second degree from the 2200 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. A Beretta APX 40-caliber firearm, marijuana in a Ziploc bag (2.4 grams) and methamphetamine (13.71 grams) were confiscated.
Dec. 1
-Fire investigation from the 53000 block of Alabama 25, Leeds. A 2002 Chevy C7H042 bucket truck was damaged.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana first degree from Smokey Road at Rossburg Drive, Calera. Methamphetamine (3.4 grams), marijuana (4 grams) and a glass pipe were confiscated.
-Receiving stolen property first degree, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 2200 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. A Beretta APX 40-caliber firearm, marijuana in a clear plastic bag (0.7 gram), marijuana in a Ziploc bag (2.4 grams) and methamphetamine (13.71 grams) were confiscated.
-Domestic violence third degree from the 100 block of Shelby County 60, Vincent.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Wild Berry Drive, Westover.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 800 block of Dead Hollow Road South, Harpersville.
-Missing person-juvenile runaway from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive at Ashley House, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 60 block of AL-Youth Drive, Westover.
-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Hawthorne Place, Chelsea. A total of $2,030 was stolen.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 90 block of Kings Ranch Drive at ACU Home, Chelsea.
-Shoplifting from the 7000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. Two small space heaters valued at $60 and a lighted pop-up snowman valued at $20 were stolen.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from the 140 block of Burnham Street, Birmingham. A marijuana cigarette (.5 gram), makeshift plastic pipe with residue and a glass jar with residue were confiscated.
-Minor in possession or consumption of alcohol from the 140 block of Burnham Street, Birmingham.
Dec. 2
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, domestic violence-strangulation from Stinson Drive, Wilsonville.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Greymoor Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic incident from the 10000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett.
-Indecent exposure from the 200 block of Chelsea Park Road, Chelsea.
-Discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle from U.S. 280 and Chesser Drive, Chelsea. A North American Arms, Inc. Provo UT “Derringer” Model 22 long rifle pistol and loaded cylinder, Kimber .45-caliber and loaded mag, Smith & Wesson M&P .40-caliber and loaded mag, can of OC spray, two pocket knives, 1 single double stack .40-caliber Smith & Wesson magazine loaded, one single stack .45 magazine loaded and one .40 single stack magazine loaded were confiscated.
-Property damage from Shelby County 61 and Browne Evans Road, Wilsonville. A Toyota Camry Solara was damaged due to a deer strike.
-Harassment from the 1000 block of Ashworth Drive, Chelsea.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Fifth Avenue Southeast, Alabaster. Two marijuana cigarettes (3.4 grams) were confiscated.
Dec. 3
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 1000 block of Highland Park Place, Birmingham.
-Property damage from Brothers Avenue and Mitchell Street, Wilsonville. A 2014 Honda CRV was damaged due to a deer strike.
-Harassing communications from the 9200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of Inverness Center Drive, Birmingham. A clear baggie with marijuana (1.3 grams) and a Truweight scale with marijuana residue were confiscated.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property fourth degree from the 3400 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. $5 and registration paperwork were stolen.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property second degree from the 3200 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. A SCCY CPX-1 9-millimeter firearm was stolen.
-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Chesser Park Drive, Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, fraudulent use of credit card from the 200 block of Woodbury Drive, Chelsea. $100 in U.S. currency, a Capital One credit card, Kay Jewelers credit card and Regions debit card were stolen.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 700 block of Shelby County 46, Shelby.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Alabama 25, Brierfield. A Mitsubishi Mirage G4 was damaged.
Dec. 4
-Miscellaneous incident from Creswell Road and Meadow Lane, Harpersville. A 2012 Honda CR-V SUV was damaged.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Clonazepam (2 count, 0.5 milligrams), drug class Benzodiazepine was recovered.
-Domestic investigation from the 1600 block of Wingfield Drive, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1900 block of Corporate Drive at Meadowbrook Post Office, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 11000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Camden Cove Circle, Calera.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of Dates Lane, Vincent.
-Public intoxication from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 51000 block of Alabama 25, Sterrett.
-Theft of property fourth degree, criminal mischief third degree from the 1300 block of Rock School Road, Harpersville. A wild game feeder valued at $125 was stolen, and a Muddy brand ladder stand valued at $125 and deer feed (corn) valued at $200 were damaged.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A pack of gum valued at $3.42, Christmas ornament valued at $13.88, pack of 12 eggs valued at $5.64, two scoop bras valued at $23.96, two T-shirt bras valued at $21.96 and two pajama pants valued at $18 were stolen.
-Burglary third degree from the 6600 block of Shelby County 11, Pelham. Two Samsung TVs valued at $400, A Simmons drum amp valued at $50, a plastic box of children’s clothing and a plastic box of children’s toys were stolen.
-Permitting dogs known to kill to run at large from the 100 block of Shelby County 81, Vincent. A total of 10 chickens (laying hens) were damaged.
-Fire investigation from the 7200 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham. Multiple clothing garments valued at $500 were damaged.
-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 300 block of Bent Pine Drive, Helena.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 2600 block of Alta Vista Drive, Birmingham. A broken garage door window sustained $300 in damages.
Dec. 5
-Miscellaneous incident from the 2600 block of Alta Vista Drive, Birmingham.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. Two 40-ounce Stanley drinking cups valued at $45 each were stolen.
-Missing person from the 200 block of Fairbank Way, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of New Hope Road, Montevallo.
-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Indian Springs Village. A total of $749.22 in U.S. currency was stolen.
-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Shelby County 72, Pelham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property from the 9000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A Remington 700 rifle valued at $1,000, Leupold scope valued at $2,400, Vortex binoculars valued at $799 and gun case valued at $300 were stolen.
-Information only from Courtroom 1A, Courthouse, 112 N. Main St. Columbiana.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Clydebank Circle, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 3000 block of Shelby County 56, Wilsonville.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 32 and Shelby County 39, Chelsea. Meth (approximately 9 grams), a glass meth smoking pipe and a small baggie with meth residue were recovered.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Twilight Way, Dunnavant.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Chelsea Park Road, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 80 block of Boone Lacy Lane, Maylene.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (two counts) from Alabama 25 and Klein Road, Harpersville. Meth (approximately 0.5 gram), meth (approximately 0.5 gram) and a meth pipe with residue were confiscated.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 80 block of Boone Lacy Lane, Maylene.
Dec. 6
-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from Alabama 25 and Shelby County 62. Green marijuana (2.3 grams) was recovered.
-Domestic investigation from the 10000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of Mitchell Street, Wilsonville. Fentanyl patches (three count, 25 milligrams and four count, 50 milligrams), Hydrocodone pills (approximately 78 grams), marijuana (approximately 7 grams) and a pipe with residue were confiscated.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 11500 block of U.S. 280, Sterrett. A catalytic converter valued at $3,000 was stolen and miscellaneous undercarriage, muffler and shocks sustained $2,000 in damages.
-Domestic investigation from the 8000 block of Shelby County 51, Westover.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Little Turtle Circle, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of El Camino Real, Chelsea.
-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea. A Glock .40 caliber firearm was recovered.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Chandalar Lane, Pelham.
-Death investigation from the 1300 block of Shelby County 311, Shelby.
-Public intoxication from the 100 block of Blackstone Court, Chelsea.
