The second–annual “Have A Heart for the Arts” fashion show and luncheon sponsored by the Culture, Novella and Vignette Clubs (the three sister AFWC Clubs of Columbiana) will be held Feb. 7, 2009 from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Columbiana. The show will benefit the Shelby County Arts Council. Fashions included will be by Coldwater Creek and Strasbourg Children.

The emcee is Donnalee Davis Blankenship, the first Miss Shelby County, former Miss Junior Miss Shelby County and runner up to Miss Alabama. Blankenship is a ventriloquist and will do her amazing act as part of the show. Tickets are $25 and are on sale at Busy Hands on Main Street,
