Pelham library to host youth events

PELHAM – The Pelham Public Library has several events lined up during October and November that cater to a younger crowd.

Day of the Dead Event
Come celebrate Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) with us on Tuesday, Oct. 29, from 4-6 p.m. Crafts and snacks will be provided. All ages are welcome.
Family Game Nights
Get ready for Family Game Night. Participants are welcome to play one of our in-house games, or bring their favorite games from home. Teens meet in Roberts Room A, while families with small children meet in Roberts Room B. Family Game Nights will be held on Tuesdays, Oct. 22, Nov. 12 and Nov. 26, from 6-7:30 p.m.
Learn to Draw Manga
By popular demand, Pelham Public Library is pleased to announce the return of artist Bo Hughins and free “Learn to Draw Manga” classes. Teen and tween sessions are Mondays, Oct. 28 and Nov. 4, from 6-7 p.m. Space in the classes are limited, so registration is required. Please call 205-620-6418 for more information or to register.
