-Theft of property first degree from the 100 block of Wagon Trail. A diamond engagement ring valued at $6,000, an initial 14-karat gold ring valued at $1,500, Swiss Franc coins in a rope holder valued at $2,000, a charm bracelet valued at $4,800, a seashell bracelet valued at $600, earrings valued at $400 and a diamond and opal ring valued at $500 was stolen.

-Possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second degree from the 300 block of First Street Southwest. Methamphetamine (1.26 grams), Hydrocodone pills and marijuana (3.11 grams) were confiscated.

-Information only report from the 1400 block of First Street North. A Chevy Malibu valued sustained $200 in damages.

Aug. 23

-Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia from Royalty Drive. Heroin (0.05 grams), Diazepam pills, a clear plastic baggy with residue and syringes (destroyed) were confiscated.

-Theft of property third degree from the 200 block of Colonial Parkway. A Kobalt tool set valued at $458, a Dewalt wrench valued at $249, a Dewalt oscillating tool valued at $219, a Hefty trash can valued at $15.98 and other items valued at $13.76 were stolen.

-Theft of property first degree from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade. Assorted clothing apparel valued at $1,100 and U.S. currency in the amount of $3,000 was stolen.

-Burglary third degree from Butler Road. A TV valued at $300, an X-Box valued at $200, a PlayStation 4 valued at $200, a PlayStation 3 valued at $150, a jewelry box with unknown contents valued at $1 and a Smith and Wesson .38 special and Smith and Wesson air weight valued at $300 were stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 9200 block of Alabama 119. Money in the amount of $617.90 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway. Merchandise valued at $311.96 was stolen.

-Property damage from the 300 block of South Colonial Drive. A structure sustained $500 in damages.

-Harassment or harassing communications from an unknown location.

Aug. 24

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 9900 block of Alabama 119. A bottle of Tianaa valued at $39.99 was stolen and green bar-shaped pills believed to be Xanax were confiscated.

-Theft of property first degree from Falling Waters Way, Maylene. Money in the amount of $25,000 was stolen.
