Season tickets, parking passes now on sale for HHS football

HELENA – We’re less than a month away from the start of a new high school football season and parents and fans of the Helena Huskies now have the opportunity to purchase season tickets and parking passes for the 2019 season.

Excitement is building for what’s in store for the Helena Huskies varsity football team entering year two of the Richie Busby era as the Huskies return a large majority of the roster on both sides of the ball this fall. In addition, Helena will be breaking in a brand-new turf field that was installed this summer that only adds to the excitement of the new season.

Helena will kickoff the season on Friday, Aug. 23, at home against the McAdory Yellow Jackets, which marks the first of five home games this season at Husky Stadium.

Helena will play two non-region games beginning with McAdory and a homecoming game against Southside Gadsden on Friday, Sept. 27.

Helena’s home region games this season start with a Friday, Sept. 20, matchup against Minor, followed by a rivalry game on Friday, Oct. 4, against Chelsea and a Friday, Oct. 25, game against crosstown rival Pelham to close out the home schedule.

The Helena Athletic Association, which serves as a nonprofit organization with the mission to raise funds to support Helena’s entire student athletic program, have announced that two separate packages are now on sale for the upcoming football season.

The following options are now available for purchase:

–The reserved ticket package costs $65 and includes one reserved season ticket to all five home games.

–The standard package costs $165 and includes one reserved season ticket and one general parking pass for the reserved lot to all five home games.
