Music and munchies, Santa and scrubs, trains and tales! These and more will make the Albert L. Scott Library in Alabaster a destination for young and old this December. Program details are below.

 

Story Times

Fridays at 10:30 a.m. Toddler Tales

Second and Fourth Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m. Sensory Story Time

Dec. 19 and Dec. 26 Winter Break Story Time 10:15 a.m.-11 a.m.

 

Youth Programs

Dec. 13 Evening with Santa 6:15 p.m.-7 p.m. Santa Claus and Mrs. Santa Claus will greet families and listen to children’s Christmas wishes in the meeting room. All children must be with an adult.

Dec. 19 Winter Break Story Time 10:15 a.m.-11 a.m. Kids of all ages and their caregivers can have fun with Miss Jennie.

Dec. 26 Winter Break Story Time 10:15 a.m.-11 a.m. Kids of all ages and their caregivers can have fun with Miss Jennie.

Dec. 26 Sensory Story Time 3:30 p.m. An interactive, educational program that all children can enjoy, but is mainly designed for children with sensory integration challenges. All children must be with an adult.

 

Adults Programs

Dec. 20 Library Book Group 7 p.m. The Radium Girls by Kate Moor
