ALABASTER – Those looking to take a self-guided tour of some of the best residential Christmas decorations in Alabaster will be able to do so starting on Dec. 1, as the city’s Beautification Board has finalized its Christmas Tour of Lights.

After accepting entries for a few weeks in late October and early November, the Beautification Board narrowed the tour down to 17 homes spread out across the city.

This year’s Tour of Lights will have the theme “A storybook Christmas,” and some of the houses include massive amounts of inflatable decorations and music-synced light displays. Many of the decorations at the homes are already up, although all must be finalized by Dec. 1.
