The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Oct. 15-22:

 

Oct. 15

–Miscellaneous incident from the 6000 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 180-190 block of Scarlet Lane, Chelsea.

–Criminal mischief from the 4900 block of Indian Valley Road, Birmingham.

–Failure to appear (8 counts) and miscellaneous incident from the 4800 block of Shelby County 17, Helena. Confiscated was a Samsung smart phone, LG smart phone and Samsung flip phone.

–Civil dispute from the 40 block of Redtip Lane, Helena.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Oak View Drive, Pelham.

–Theft of property from the 200 block of Millers Farm Road, Columbiana. A Hitachi 15-gauge trim gun, Hipro floor stapler, Ryobi mitre saw, Kobaet screwdriver set, Norge trim guns and a Black and Decker orbital sander valued at a total of about $870 were stolen.

–Domestic violence-harassing communications from Millers Farm Road, Columbiana.

–Burglary from Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Damaged were wine glasses valued at $100 and $50 in U.S. currency was stolen.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 200 block of Chesser Park Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were five Vizio 65-inch flat screen TVs, one Vizio 55-inch flat screen TV, a jewelry box with assorted jewelry, two sound bars, a Bose surround sound home theater system valued at a total of about $19,394 and $5,000 in U.S. currency were stolen.

–Theft of property from Pine Oaks, Montevallo.

–Property damage from U.S. 280 near Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous information from the 1000 block of Hornet Parkway, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous information from Alabama 119 at Cahaba Valley Cove.

–Burglary from the 70 block of Whaley Drive, Montevallo. A glass window valued at $500 was damaged.

 

Oct. 16

–Death investigation from the 11200 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett.

–Miscellaneous incident (dog bite) from Shadow Drive, Alabaster.

–Harassing communications from Shadow Drive, Alabaster.

–Stolen automobile recovery from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A dinner plate and phone charger valued at a total of about $14 were stolen.

–Driving under the influence from Water Works Road at Shelby County 47, Columbiana.

–Impersonating a peace officer from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Burglary from Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. A wood door frame valued at $100 was damaged.

–Burglary from Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A wood door frame valued at $100 was damaged and an unknown amount of collectible figurines were stolen.

–Identity theft from the 100 block of Willow Creek Lane, Leeds.

–Theft of property from the 100 block of Lilly Drive, Sterrett. One Ariens orange riding lawn mower with 42 or 48 inch deck valued at $1,600 was stolen.

–Financial exploitation of an elderly person from the 1300 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 19000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

–Harassing communications from Shadow Drive, Alabaster.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of Shelby County 55, Wilsonville.

–Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Salser Lane, Columbiana.

–Harassment from the 6200 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

–Found property from the 6200 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

–Burglary third degree and theft of property second degree from the 40 block of Shelby County 437, Chelsea. A Ruger .380 pistol was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident-custody dispute from the 200 block of S Cove Court.

–Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 4000 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea. An interior steel door and a 2040 window valued at a total of about $260 were stolen.

–Driving under the influence of a combined substance from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Suicide attempt from Stoneridge Lane, Sterrett.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 10000 block of Shelby County 61, Sterrett.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of King’s Home Drive, Chelsea.

–Burglary from Monte Tierra Trail, Alabaster.

–Burglary from the 100 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby. A dresser valued at $100 was stolen.

–Willful abuse of a child from the 100 block of Air Park Drive, Wilsonville.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 200 block of Oakmont Road, Birmingham. An exterior basement door was damaged, a Tag Heuer watch and watches and costume jewelry valued at $2,700 were stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property fourth degree from the 900 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A checkbook was stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 900 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A debit card, a social security card, a red Michael Kors wallet and a driver’s license were stolen.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 10000 block of Shelby County 17, Maylene. A bottle of cough syrup with codeine, antibiotic pills cash and several gold chains and other jewelry valued at a total of about $1,813 were stolen.

–Identity theft from the 200 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea.

–Harassing communications from the 300 block of Magnolia Drive, Maylene.

–Death investigation from the 2900 block of Black Horse Bend, Birmingham.

–Leaving the scene of an accident from the 3500 block of York Street, Birmingham.

–Leaving the scene of an accident from the 6600 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

–Theft of property from the 1200 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham. A 2015 Bagwell utility trailer, a 2013 Toro SS4225 zero turn mower and an Echo weed eater valued at a total of about $3,795 were stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Dunsmore Drive, Chelsea.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 800 block of Hiwaitha Road, Calera. A Sony flat screen TV, a Vizio flat screen TV, assorted jewelry and a 2013 Mazda 3 were recovered.

–Minor in possession of alcohol from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 9000 block of North Main Street, Wilsonville. A game camera valued at $85 was stolen.

–Domestic investigation from the 2900 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

–Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 at Willow Leaf Road, Harpersville.

Oct. 20

–Discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle and assault from the 500 block of Shelby County 480, Vandiver. A rear bumper, rear driver side window, vehicle hood and windshield were all damaged.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo. A jewelry box containing several heart shaped gold necklaces, one gold necklace with diamonds, a gold ring with rubies, collectible currency, a .22 Remington pistol, a black tool box with yellow handles containing several miscellaneous tools and a .410 Mossburg shotgun valued at a total of about $3,300 were stolen.

–Criminal mischief from the 8000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. A front windshield and back window valued at $250 were damaged.

–Domestic violence-assault and interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 3700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from the 4000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Duck Cove Road, Shelby.

–Receiving stolen property fourth degree from County Road 17 at Jaguar Lane, Hoover.

–Rape from the 100 block of Strother Street, Montevallo.

–Burglary from the 100 block of Camp Branch Road, Alabaster.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit card from the 5000 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. A Mastercard, Visa card and $3 in change were stolen. A 2007 Toyota Corolla ignition was also damaged.

–Domestic violence third degree-harassing communications from the 100 block of Autry Drive, Chelsea.

–Theft of property fourth degree from U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous merchandise valued at $223.31 was stolen.

–Allowing dogs to run at large from the 100 block of County Road 478, Leeds.

–Receiving stolen property and recovered stolen property from the 200 block of River Hills Business Park, Birmingham.

–Receiving stolen property from the 200 block of River Hills Business Park, Birmingham. A black 2010 Yamaha XV1900CT motorcycle was stolen and checks were recovered.

–Attempted suicide from the 400 block of Mountain View Drive, Wilsonville.

 

Oct. 22

–Domestic violence third degree-harassment from Gardner Drive, Chelsea.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from U.S. 31 at 8^th Avenue Calera. A suboxone strip package, a plastic baggie containing 30 Clonazepam, one Diazepam and one separate Clonazepam, a small plastic baggie containing two methotrexate sodium and two unknown pills were recovered.

–Driving under the influence and open container from Cahaba Valley Road at Hearthwood Lane, Birmingham. A Glock 9mm with magazine containing seven round and holster was confiscated.

–Death investigation from the 2400 block of Chuchura Road, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 25000 block of Shelby County 145, Columbiana. $20 worth of gasoline was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Shelby Forrest Cove, Chelsea.

–Harassment from the 100 block of Hawthorn Street, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from Swann Drive, Birmingham.
