William “Hoot” Miller, age 86, of Montgomery, born and raised in Wilsonville, passed away Friday, Sept. 14.

A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 19 at Morningview Baptist Church in Montgomery with Dr. Shawn Merithew officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. before the service at the church. The graveside service will be held at 3 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 19 at Wilsonville City Cemetery with Dr. Shawn Merithew officiating. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Miller is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Miller.

He is survived by his sons, Mike Miller (Harriet), Scott Miller (Nancy), and Neal Miller; grandchildren, Jason Miller (Shelly), Jennifer Miller, Amy Robertson (Wes), Casey Miller (Nikki), and Toni Miller; and great grandchildren, Davis, Dylan, and Drew Miller, Amelia and Grey Robertson, and Kaleb and Kaitlyn McKinney.
