-Possession of a controlled substance from the 1100 block of Highway 25 (service, gas station). Confiscated were controlled substances.
-Burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree from the 5600 block of Highway 119. Damaged was a structure and stolen was $220.
-Leaving the scene of an accident and property damage from the Colonial Promenade (highway, street). Damaged was a Volkswagen Tiguan

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 500 block of 11th Avenue Southwest (highway, street). Damaged was a BMW in the amount of $2,500.

Aug. 31
-Theft of property second degree from the 300 block of Buck Creek Circle (residence, home). Stolen was lawn and garden equipment valued at $1,500 and stolen were electronics valued at $200.
-Possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication from the 8000 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Damaged was a Toyota Camry and confiscated were drugs.
-Property damage from the 8000 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Damaged was a power pole in the amount of $5,000.
-Identity theft from the 1100 block of Silver Creek Lane (other, unknown). Stolen was an identity.
-Property damage from Greenfield Lane (other, unknown). Damaged was a city street sign.
-Property damage from Greenfield (other, unknown). Damaged was a wooden fence in the amount of $2,000 and landscaping in the amount of $500.
-Information only report from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen and recovered was a Toyota Avalon valued at $5,200.
Sept. 1
-Harassment from the 1000 block of First Street North (drug store).
-Harassment from the 400 block of First Street Southwest (commercial).
-Information only report from the 900 block of Falling Star Lane (highway, street).
-Property damage from the 200 block of Weatherly Club Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $600.
-Domestic violence third degree and assault third degree from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home).
-Menacing form the 500 block of First Street North (restaurant).

-Theft of property fourth degree and criminal trespass third degree form the 1000 block of Willow Creek Court (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were a music CD and a copper pipe.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Warrior Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a pistol valued at $300.
-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was clothing and jewelry valued at $593.29.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a portable power charger valued at $119.
-Criminal mischief third degree from the 700 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Damaged were vehicle parts in the amount of $200.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 800 block of Ninth Street Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was $30.

-Possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcohol from the 500 block of First Street North (commercial). Confiscated were narcotics.
-Overtaking and passing a school bus, reckless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road from Highway 11 at Mount Olive Road (highway, street).
-Theft of property first degree from the 200 block of Jasmine Drive (residence, home). Stolen was jewelry valued at $6,500.

-Theft of property fourth degree form the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were consumables valued at $23.32 and diapers valued at $23.32.
-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 1100 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen was a Chevrolet Cruze valued at $13,655.
-Criminal mischief third degree from the 110 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Damaged were a stop sign, a speed limit sign and a children crossing sign in the amount of $200.
