July 16

-Miscellaneous incident from the 400 Block of Dickerson Road, Pelham.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 Block of L and M Trace, Shelby.

-Death investigation from the 4000 Block of S. Shades Crest Road, Birmingham.

-Criminal trespass third from the 2500 Block of Willowbrook Circle, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 400 Block of Mimosa Road, Leeds.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 Block of L and M Trace, Shelby.

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 Block of Hwy. 435, Columbiana. Methamphetamine was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 Block of Green Glade Road, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from Monte Tierra Trail, Alabaster.

-Felony theft of property-motor vehicle from County Road 55 at Old Hwy. 280, Sterrett. A vehicle valued at $3,500 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 4200 Block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham. A firearm and assorted pieces of fireworks valued at a total of $600 were stolen.

-Felony criminal possession of forged instrument from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. A check valued at $2,390 was recovered.

-Felony fraudulent use of a debit/credit card and felony theft of property first from the 400 Block of Shelby Forest Drive, Chelsea. A total of about $8,600 was stolen from a checking account and debit card.

-Felony fraudulent use of debit card and felony theft of property from the 700 Block of Hwy. 54, Montevallo. $800 was stolen from a debit card.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit card and felony theft of property from the 200 Block of Vineyard Lane, Birmingham. A debit card was stolen and $416.57 forged.

-Felony theft of property from the 9900 Block of County Road 55, Westover. Two pieces of jewelry valued at a total of $1,250 were stolen.

-Felony burglary and criminal mischief from the 600 Block of County Road 52, Helena. A light fixture and door sustained an estimated $200 in damage, and $650 in currency, a necklace valued at $400 and various mail items were stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 Block of Meadow Croft Circle.

-Felony burglary from the 1300 Block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. A computer, television and passport valued at a total of $1,000 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown location.

 

July 17

-Miscellaneous incident from the 7000 Block of Hwy. 51, Sterrett.

-Missing person from the 300 Block of Kings Ranch Lane, Chelsea.

-Felony identity theft from the 2000 Block of Indian Crest Drive, Indian Springs. $10 was stolen from a debit card.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1400 Block of Joe White Road, Shelby.

-Harassment from the 7400 Block of Hwy. 61, Wilsonville.

-DUI-any substance and unlawful possession of marijuana second from Hwy. 280 at Hwy. 43, Chelsea.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 300 Block of Lake Shore Drive, Shelby. Fishing rod and reels, tackle box with tackle, boat seat, miscellaneous boat equipment and miscellaneous tools valued at a total of about $2,750 were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and felony theft of property second from the 500 Block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. A firearm valued at $600 was stolen.

-Felony forgery first from the 9800 Block of North Main Street, Wilsonville. A counterfeit $100 bill was confiscated.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Hwy. 52, Helena.

-Domestic violence from the 4000 Block of County Road 22, Montevallo.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 4000 Block of Heather Pointe, Birmingham. Various jewelry valued at a total of about $11,000 was stolen.

-Violation of domestic violence protection from abuse order from the 3300 Block of Hwy. 10, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 Block of Paradise Circle, Shelby. A golf cart sustained $100 in damage.

-Felony theft of property third from the 0 Block of Woodland Drive, Shelby. A golf cart valued at $1,000 was stolen and recovered.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 6000 Block of Forest Lakes Cove, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from the 3000 Block of Hwy. 51, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2900 Block of Joinertown Road, Columbiana.

-Felony theft of property fourth from the 2900 Block of Hwy. 10, Montevallo. An inhaler and prescription medication were stolen.

-Harassing communications from the 3900 Block of Westover Road, Sterrett.

-Criminal trespass from the 5000 Block of Hwy. 49, Columbiana.

-Theft of property fourth from the 200 Block of Belmont Way, Chelsea. Boards were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from Hwy. 25, Vandiver. $600 was stolen from a direct express card.

-Felony burglary from the 500 Block of Hwy. 402, Shelby. A tool bag and various hand tools valued at $125 were stolen.

-Felony burglary from the 500 Block of Hwy. 402, Shelby. A camper window sustained $500 in damage, and a battery charger and wire and lock were recovered.

-Felony burglary from the 500 Block of Hwy. 402, Shelby. A firearm and boat keys valued at a total of $210 were stolen.

-Felony burglary from the 500 Block of Hwy. 402, Shelby. A boat key and golf cart keys valued at a total of $20 were stolen.

-Felony burglary third and felony theft of property from the 600 Block of Depot Street, Montevallo. Assorted jewelry, clothing, purses, tools and knives were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment and domestic violence-menacing from the 4900 Block of Indian Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 11000 Block of Sterrett. Four gift cards valued at $400 were stolen.
