Helena Royale fundraising event set for Aug. 25

HELENA–With the start of fall sports just a few weeks away, the organization that helps raise funds to support Helena’s athletic programs will host an exciting casino themed event at the end of August.
Tickets are now on sale and sponsorship opportunities are available as the Helena Athletic Association will host Night on the Town Helena Royale scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 25.
The exciting event aimed at supporting all Helena athletic programs will be held at the Helena Sports Complex beginning at 6 p.m. and concluding at 10:30 p.m.
The fundraising event will include music, a steak dinner, a draw down, casino tables and a cash bar.
Tickets to the event cost $100 each and will be held at the door the night of the event. Any individual chosen for a prize does not have to be present to win.
In addition to tickets, the Helena Athletic Association is looking for businesses to sponsor each casino table. A logo and business name will be put in a frame on the casino table for prospective sponsors. The sponsorship options are as follows:
Tables:
–Blackjack tables–$400 (eight tables)
–Texas hold ‘em tables–$400 (three tables)
–Craps table–$1,000 (one table)
–Roulette tables–$700 (two tables)
The Helena Athletic Association is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to raise funds to support Helena’s entire student athletic program. Kids from elementary school through high school benefit from membership in the HAA, and the funds from the event will directly benefit Helena athletic programs.
