HELENA–The Helena Business Association is seeking interested vendors and those in the Helena area to participate in the second annual HBA Business Expo happening in early March.
The HBA Business Expo is slated for Saturday, March 3, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Helena Sports Complex.
Local businesses will be on hand and available to share about their business and provide ways and insight on how to support the local economy.
In addition to local business vendors, the event will also feature the Helena High School jazz band, other entertainment and plenty of food options.
Those interested in participating in the expo can sign up to become a vendor for a fee of $75 if they are a current member of the HBA or $95 for non-members. The registration fee will go up to $95 after Feb. 6 regardless of membership status. There will be room for approximately 60 vendor booths available on a first-come first-serve basis.
The $75 fee will automatically include a membership to the Helena Business Association for the 2018-19 fiscal year.
Vendors are encouraged to bring a table to use at their booth space as tables will be limited. Any business interested in performing a demonstration will have the opportunity to do so at their vendor space and the HBA will do their best to meet any special needs or requirements.
The food trucks present at the expo will be Bryon Rickard Catering, Swamp Monster, Heavenly Donut, Lazy Boy BBQ, Rooski’s, Urban Pops, Encore, Cupcake Truck, Monzy’s Deli, Vittles and Eugenes.
The HBA exists to provide an environment for Helena businesses where they may network, receive education and become the business advocates with city government.
The HBA typically meets the first Tuesday of every month at 8 a.m.
