Wayne Keith Lawler and Angela Shaw Lawler announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Olivia Mae Lawler, to William Andrew Finley Isbell, son of Dr. Steve Allan Isbell and Merle Simpson Isbell.

The bride-elect, of Columbiana, is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dalton Thomas Shaw of Clanton, and Mr. and Mrs. William “Bill” Lister Lawler of Montevallo.

She is a 2013 graduate of Shelby County High School and plans to graduate in December 2018 from Auburn University, where she is majoring in Collaborative Special Education.

The prospective groom, of Fort Payne, is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Harding Simpson of Collinsville, and Dr. and Mrs. John B. Isbell of Fort Payne.

He is a 2013 graduate of Fort Payne High School and a 2017 graduate of Auburn University, where he majored in General Social Science and History Education. He is an eighth grade Ancient World History teacher at Fort Payne Middle School. He is also the seventh and eighth grade boys head basketball coach, and the seventh and eighth grade assistant football coach.

The couple will wed on June 23, 2018 at First Baptist Church Fort Payne.
