Production of child pornography and first-degree sodomy are class A felonies. If convicted, Dunn could face up to life in prison. Bestiality is a Class A misdemeanor, which can be penalized by up to a year in prison.
Since the date of his arrest, Dunn has been held at the Shelby County Jail on bonds totaling more than $1 million. Dunn is scheduled to appear in court for a status call on Feb. 6, 2018.
