The Shelby County Arts Council’s Annual Holiday Artist Market is back this season for some festive fun.

The market showcases fine arts and crafts from a variety of local artists including pottery, jewelry, fabric, art, painting, printmaking and much more.

This market is an opportunity to find unique holiday gifts for all friends and family.

This year, attendees will have the opportunity to attend the Artist Market Preview Party on Friday, Dec. 1. At the preview party, you will have the first opportunity to see and purchase items from the market. There will be live music, drinks and light refreshments.

Featured artists include Teresa Wamble, gourd art, Melanie Pool of Steam Punk Butterfly, Mandy Frey of Porch Pride and many more.

The SCAC for the Artist Market Preview Party will be held Friday, Dec. 1 from 6-8 p.m., and the Annual Holiday Artist Market is on Saturday, Dec. 2 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

These events are free and open to the public.
