The Chelsea Cubs opened the week with a pair of wins Monday and Tuesday in the 11-12 year old division.

Monday, the Cubs downed the Yankees, 14-4, as Bill Etheredge pitched four innings and had two hits from the plate. Trey Coman and Tad Foster were both 2-for-2 at the plate, while Cade Adams also had two hits.

Tuesday, Trey Coman picked up the win on the mound, as the Cubs beat the Mets, 12-2. Daniel Briggs picked up the save. Paxton Davis was 2-for-2 to lead the Cubs’ offense, while Bill Etheredge was 2-for-3.
