Selective Management Services (SMS) is a full-service homeowner association management company, providing compliance with an association’s protective covenants. The management concept at SMS is founded on professionalism, integrity, accountability and quality service that guarantees the maximum return from your investment of hiring a management company. Andy Healy is the director of community operations and co-owner of SMS. He is also the vice-president of the Helena Business Association.

Healy explains that because SMS recognizes each neighborhood has its own needs, we can offer the board of directors a personalized management contract to fit those specific needs.

As director of community operations for SMS, Healy manages homeowner associations for a number of communities in Shelby and Jefferson counties. He handles the day-to-day operations, performs ongoing maintenance duties and communicates with residents. He is responsible for executing on all board of director decisions and ensuring that homeowners comply with the CC&Rs and adhere to state statutes. Healy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. He is a certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) through the National Property Manager Association and a Certified Professional Logistician through the International Society of Logistics.
