CHELSEA STING 6, CHELSEA MUSTANGS 5: In a hard fought 8U softball game the Pink Mustangs rally fell short in a loss to the Sting Tuesday. Hannah Nuckles and Sarah Cespedes led the attack with three hits each. Elizabeth Wright, Sarah Gilchrist and Madeline Moody all had two hits and Gabby Walker and Katie Hodges added a hit apiece.

CHELSEA MUSTANGS 16, CHELSEA CYCLONES 9: Mary Katherine Bush with the Cyclones hit a triple to right field with the bases loaded to score three runs. Makalla Odom with the Mustangs hit a double to center field with bases loaded bringing in three runs also. Brantley Waller with the Mustangs was 3-for-3 batting, with two singles and one double. Sydni Bolden and Kalei Merrifield with the Cyclones had a double play in the top of the fifth inning holding the Mustangs to only one run. Mallory Heisler was the winning pitcher for the Mustangs.
