Falliston 1942. This photo shows Ruth Bramblett Eady holding her son Paul and posing in in the middle of what is today Morgan Road, just west of Hillsboro Parkway.

Ruth was living with her in-laws in the home to her right while her husband Webb Eady was serving in the Army Air Corps.

He would die in a plane crash before the end of the war.

Ruth went on to live to the age of 95, passing away a few months ago. (Contributed/City of Helena Museum)
