Jan. 13

-Miscellaneous information from the 7000 Block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Leaving gas establishment without paying from the 49000 Block of Hwy. 25, Sterrett. 15 gallons of 87 octane gasoline valued at $34 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from the 0 Block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 7800 Block of Hwy. 47, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4500 Block of Little Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Park Place Circle, Alabaster.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 4000 Block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A black flat-screen TV valued at $1,200 was damaged/destroyed.

-Domestic violence-harassment and domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 4000 Block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A black Samsung cell phone was damaged/destroyed.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and felony theft of property from 5301 U.S. Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A burgundy leather purse, credit card, checkbook, Cracker Barrel gift cards, Alabama driver’s license and Social Security cards were stolen, and the front passenger window on a 2014 Toyota Camry was damaged/destroyed.

-Death investigation from Old Barn Road, Montevallo.

 

Jan. 14

-Criminal mischief from the 7900 Block of Hwy. 11, Lot 8, Chelsea. A mobile home front door and bedroom window valued at $600 were damaged/destroyed.

-Criminal trespass from the 5200 Block of Sandpiper Lane, Birmingham.

-Death investigation-hospice from the 17000 Block of County Road 42, Shelby.

-Trespassing from the 100 Block of Hwy. 270, Maylene. A dead bolt was broken.

-Criminal mischief from the 2100 Block of Smokey Road, Alabaster. A front door frame valued at $300 was damaged/destroyed.

-Death investigation from the 200 Block of Highland Park Drive, Birmingham.

-Felony chemical endangerment from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Felony theft of property second degree from the 900 Block of Copena Drive, Pelham. A Browning Medallion .270 rifle and a Zeis Conquest scope at a total value of $1,600 were stolen.

 

Jan. 15

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from Boatwright Way, Wilsonville.

-Menacing from the 1400 Block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A Taurus PT145 Pro .145 cal was recovered.

-Criminal mischief from the 2000 Block of Lime Creek Drive, Chelsea. A portable office trailer window and metal door were damaged/destroyed.

-Harassing communications from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Death investigation from the 200 Block of Breland Street, Wilsonville.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and felony theft of property from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. Camera equipment and Apple iPad Mini valued at a total of $4,088 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from the 200 Block of Silver Loop Road, Columbiana.

-Missing person from Boatwright Way, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 4000 Block of Hwy. 37, Shelby.

-Harassment from the 4000 Block of Hwy. 37, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of River Birch Road, Chelsea.

-Obstructing governmental operations and disorderly conduct from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 2700 Block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 2100 Block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham. A 2014 Chevy Cobalt was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth from the 8400 Block of Old Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A Stihl chainsaw, 100-piece Stanley socket set in black carrying case with broken latches and a Craftsman jigsaw in black carrying case with a total value of $400 was stolen.

-Death investigation from Gates Lane in Harpersville.

-Damage to property from Cahaba Valley Road/Surrey Lane, Birmingham. The hood, front driver side fender, front bumper and grill of listed vehicle were damaged/destroyed.

-Property damage from the 7400 Block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A 2006 Mazda Tribute was damaged/destroyed.

-Felony theft of property from the 4100 Block of Hwy. 71, Shelby. A black Smith and Wesson revolver and brown leather purse valued at a total of $260 were stolen.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2400 Block of Hwy. 57, Vincent.

– Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5300 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Attempted identity theft from the 400 Block of Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit card from an unknown location. $472 in US currency was stolen.

-Civil dispute from the 5000 Block of Selkirk Drive, Birmingham.

-Duty to remain on scene after striking unattended from 2000 Springfield Loop West, Birmingham. The rear bumper of a 2012 Honda Civic was damaged/destroyed.

-Felony sexual abuse from the 100 Block of Liberty Ridge Road, Chelsea.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and felony theft of property from the 4900 Block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A Pioneer stereo/TV/DVD player and headlamps valued at a total of $1,300 were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 3000 Block of Eagle Ridge Lane, Birmingham. The keyless entry for a 2014 Ford Explorer was damaged/destroyed.

 

Jan. 18

-Fire investigation from the 17500 Block of Hwy. 61, Wilsonville. A single family dwelling burned.

-Death investigation from the 400 Block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 Block of Hawks View Drive, Leeds. The standard entry/exit door on a residence valued at $200 was damaged/destroyed.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5000 Block of Selkirk Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 Block of Narrows Parkway, Birmingham. A Louisiana vehicle license plate was stolen.

-Property damage from the 2100 Block of County Road 36, Chelsea. A listed vehicle was damaged/destroyed.

-Harassing communications over the phone.

-Property damage from an unknown location. The passenger-side front quarter panel of a vehicle was damaged/destroyed.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 7400 Block of County Road 51, Sterrett. $1,200 in assorted US currency was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 7400 Block of County Road 51, Sterrett. A black thumb drive containing video was recovered.

-Felony theft of property from the 7400 Block of County Road 51, Sterrett. A Ruger LC9S 9MM handgun valued at $400 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 2500 Block of Hwy. 28, Columbiana. A 1995 Honda Accord valued at $600 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4000 Block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham.

-Felony theft of property from the 400 Block of Lake Providence Lane, Leeds.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 Block of Water View Drive, Columbiana.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 500 Block of Duck Cove Road, Shelby. Weed eater, assorted hand and power tools, marine battery, battery charger, assorted boating equipment and marine trolling motor valued at a total of $645 was stolen.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit card from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A debit card was forged/counterfeited in the amount of $281.97.

-Property damage from the 2300 Block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. A 2011 black Honda CRV was damaged/destroyed.

-Domestic investigation from Hwy. 51, Sterrett.

-Menacing from Alexander Road/County Road 41, Leeds.

-Death investigation from the 3000 Block of Kelham Grove Way, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 6300 Block of Hwy. 51, Wilsonville.

-Felony possession of a forged instrument from the 2600 Block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Two counterfeit $50 bills.

-Missing person from Homeland Way, Montevallo.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and felony theft of property from Chisim Circle, Montevallo. A Glock 17 9mm handgun valued at $500 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 100 Block of Huckleberry Drive, Maylene. An aluminum door valued at $100 was damaged/destroyed.

-SORNA violation-juvenile sex offender-registration with local law enforcement from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Identity theft from the 100 Block of Reed Creek Lane, Shelby.

-Death investigation from the 1600 Block of Mission Hills Road, Alabaster.
