July 22
•Criminal mischief from the 8900 Block of Hwy. 42, Shelby. Metal siding on a camper was damaged/destroyed.
•Domestic investigation from the 0 Block of Long Walk Drive, Columbiana.
•Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280. A green leafy substance consistent with marijuana and a .41 Magnum revolver were recovered.
•Theft of property from the 16000 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous items valued at $223.19 were stolen.
•Domestic investigation from the 3500 Block of Hwy. 22, Montevallo.
•Theft of property from Merrell Drive, Shelby. A metal canoe valued at $200 was stolen.
•Harassment from U.S. 280 and Highland Lakes Drive.
•Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 2500 Block of Titenko Road.
•Harassing communications from the 100 Block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville.
•Death investigation from the 800 Block of Hwy. 438, Wilsonville.
•Miscellaneous incident from the 200 Block of Woodbury Drive, Sterrett.
•Criminal mischief from the 100 Block of Sams Place, Shelby. Tires valued at $1,200 were damaged/destroyed.
•Property damage from the 3500 Block of Hwy. 26, Columbiana. A metal mailbox and wooden post with an unknown value were damaged/destroyed.
•Domestic violence-assault from the 100 Block of Hwy. 478, Leeds.
•Cruelty to animals from Eades Drive, Columbiana.

July 23
•Harassing communication from the 4700 Block of Hwy. 119, Montevallo.
•Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Rocking Chair Road, Wilsonville.
•Domestic investigation from the 100 Block of Holloway Hill Drive, Montevallo.
•Death investigation from the 200 Block of Cain Road, Chelsea.
•Criminal mischief from the 5200 Block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham. Lawn sod valued at $75 was damaged/destroyed.
•Harassing communications from the 100 Block of Emily Circle, Birmingham.
•Two counts of receiving stolen property from County Road 107 at Buttercup, Montevallo. A Mossberg .308 and HK USP Tactical .45 cal handgun were recovered.
•Harassing communications from the 160000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea.
•Criminal mischief from the 100 Block of Sams Place, Shelby. Tires valued at $400 were damaged/destroyed.
•Criminal mischief from the 100 Block of Sams Place, Shelby. Tires valued at $300 were damaged/destroyed.
•Criminal mischief from the 100 Block of Sams Place, Shelby. Tires valued at $600 were damaged/destroyed.
•Criminal mischief from the 100 Block of Hwy. 403, Shelby. A mail box valued at $100 was damaged/destroyed.
•Public intoxication and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280 at Eagle Point Parkway. A glass cylinder with burnt residue was recovered.
•Domestic violence-harassment from the 1800 Block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.
•Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 800 Block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham.
•Assault first degree from the 0 Block of Huntwood Road, Shelby. A 1994 Honda Accord was towed for evidence.
July 24
•Property damage from Old Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Front window and top of the car was damaged/destroyed.
•Certain persons forbidden to possess pistol from the 5500 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A Colt 1991 A1 semi auto pistol, 45 caliber 8-round magazine with five rounds, 45 caliber magazine promag with about 10 rounds and possibly either a 40 cal or 9mm 30-round magazine promag with 28 rounds were confiscated.
•Identity theft from the 1200 Block of County Road 36, Chelsea.
•Domestic violence-assault from the 5200 Block of Sunny Meadows Drive, Birmingham.
•Miscellaneous incident from the 400 Block of North Horton Road, Wilsonville.
•Domestic violence-menacing and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 Block of S. Hill Drive, Wilsonville. 0.2 grams of a green leafy substance that appeared to be marijuana was confiscated.
•Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 Block of Sunny Meadows Drive, Birmingham.
•Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. A pill believed to be amphetamine was confiscated.
•Felony domestic violence-strangulation from the 1000 Block of Fairbank Lane, Chelsea.
July 25
•Theft of property from the 100 Block of Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham.
•Failure to pay for gasoline purchase from the 16000 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Chelsea. 18.75 gallons of gasoline valued at $34.50 were stolen.
•Domestic investigation from Scarlet Lane, Chelsea.
•Miscellaneous incident from the 31000 Block of Hwy. 25, Lot 19, Wilsonville.
•Harassment from the 5300 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.
•Domestic violence-strangulation from the 3500 Block of Chickering Circle, Birmingham.
•Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 Block of Edgeland Road, Vandiver. A syringe with a clear liquid that tested positive as methamphetamine was confiscated.
•Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 11, Chelsea. A bail track monitor valued at $2,500 was stolen.
•Felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Huntwood Road, Shelby. Two rings, two gold and diamond earrings, miscellaneous broken gold jewelry, silver elephant ring holder, Lego Star Wars PS3 game and tennis bracelet and anklet valued at a total of about $1,400 was stolen.
•Felony domestic violence-strangulation and domestic violence menacing from the 800 Block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.
•Criminal mischief from Hwy. 47 at County Road 42. The windshield on a 1998 Honda Accord was damaged/destroyed.
•Miscellaneous information from the 3700 Block of Woodvine Way, Birmingham.
July 26
•Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 Block of Hwy. 406, Shelby. A syringe with clear residue was confiscated.

•Domestic investigation from the 1600 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea.
•Criminal mischief from the 3100 Block of Bradford Place, Birmingham. A mailbox valued at $1,200 was damaged/destroyed.
•Property damage from the 400 Block of Barristers Court, Birmingham. A 2012 Dodge Charger was damaged/destroyed.
•Runaway juvenile from Ruby Drive, Columbiana.
•Theft of property fourth degree from the 0 Block of Monte Tierra Trail, Alabaster. Two steel cable wires and a come-along winch valued at a total of $240 were stolen.
•Domestic violence-harassment from the 3000 Block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
•Burglary from the 3000 Block of Cannock Drive, Birmingham. $900 in currency, an Apple iPad, nightstand drawer and flatscreen TV were stolen.
•Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit card from the 5000 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A men’s wallet, driver’s license, $40 in currency, credit card, debit card, laptop computer and Oakley sunglasses were stolen.
•Theft of property fourth degree from the 5000 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. Car keys for a 2007 Range Rover Sport, gym bag and miscellaneous clothing valued at a total of $350 were stolen.
•Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5400 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Birmingham. Wallet, debit/credit card, drivers license, Social Security card, Medicare card and $15 in currency were stolen.
•Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 100 Block of Carlson Road, Wilsonville.
•Miscellaneous information from the 100 Block of Carlson Road, Wilsonville.
•Miscellaneous incident from the 200 Block of Twin Oaks Way, Chelsea.
•Harassment from U.S. 280/Bear Creek Road, Birmingham.
•Obstructing justice-false ID from the 13000 Block of Hwy. 25, Wilsonville. Two syringes with residue were confiscated.

•Domestic violence-harassment and theft of property fourth degree from Hwy. 280, Westover. $410 was stolen and an iPhone 5S valued at $170 was damaged/destroyed.

July 27
•Miscellaneous incident from Hwy. 52 near South Shades Crest Road. A 2010 Lexus RX 450 H was damaged.
•Property damage from Hwy. 280, Westover.
•Criminal mischief from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 55, Sterrett.
•Use of force from the 500 Block of Hwy. 9, Wilsonville.
•Death investigation from the 100 Block of S. Hill Drive, Wilsonville.
•Domestic investigation from the 200 Block of Hwy. 315, Columbiana.
•Felony theft of property from the 4000 Block of Kinross Circle, Birmingham. A diamond ring set, silver ring and silver bracelets valued at a total of about $57,000 were stolen.
•Missing person from the 17000 Block of Hwy. 25, Columbiana.
•Electronic solicitation of a child from the 100 Block of Woodward Drive, Pelham.
•Identity theft from Asberry Lane, Montevallo.
•Felony theft of property from the 4600 Block of U.S. 280. $517.24 was stolen.
•Domestic investigation from the 200 Block of Hwy. 315, Lot 2, Columbiana.

July 28
•Felony criminal mischief from the 100 Block of Polo Field Way, Chelsea. A track loader valued at $149,000 was damaged/destroyed.
•Felony theft of property from the 300 Block of Chesser Drive, Chelsea. A 2006 Ford F250 was stolen.
•Felony identity theft from Meadow Drive, Birmingham.
•Felony unlawful breaking/entering a vehicle, possibly from B&B Food Mart, Hwy. 47, Shelby. A Smith and Wesson M&P Shield 9mm valued at $500 was stolen.
•Felony theft from the 5200 Block of Hwy. 61, Columbiana. A 2002 Suzuki Bandit 600 valued at $2,000 was stolen.
•Theft from the 7800 Block of Hwy. 47, Shelby. A truck toolbox, two weedeaters and tennis shoes valued at a total of $680 were stolen.
•Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 2000 Block of Little Ridge Circle, Birmingham. A wallet containing various licenses and cards, U.S. silver dollar, gold pocket watches, diamond rings, and gold bracelets and necklaces at a total of $3,400 was stolen.
•Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from Hwy. 42 at Hwy. 145, Shelby. 1.5 grams of a white crystal like substance and set of postal scales were recovered.
•Miscellaneous incident from the 700 Block of Hwy. 338, Chelsea.
•Trespassing from the 100 Block of Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea.
•Miscellaneous information and suicide attempt from the 700 Block of Reynolds Road, Vincent.
•Miscellaneous incident/information from the 0 Block of Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville.
•Harassment from the 1100 Block of Altadena Rise.
•Criminal trespass from the 2500 Block of Valleydale Road. A small window pane valued at $50 was damaged/destroyed.
•Death investigation from the 100 Block of Biltmore Drive, Birmingham.
•Miscellaneous incident from the 4700 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

July 29
•Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and felony possession of credit/debit cards from the 1700 Block of Shoal Run Trail. A pocketbook valued at $20 along with other items were recovered.
•Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 55, Lot 15, Sterrett.
•Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 55, Lot 15, Sterrett.
•Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 55, Westover.
•Felony theft of property from the 1000 Block of Baldwin Lane, Birmingham. Assorted household furniture and assorted clothing valued at a total of $102,000 was stolen.
•Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 Block of Morning Sun Drive.
•Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property fourth degree from the 1600 Block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. A bag containing iPod, console controller, bottle of cologne, currency and toy aircraft was stolen.
•Obstructing governmental operations and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officer from the 4900 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. An LG phone, AT&T phone, MP3 player, wallet with assorted prepaid cards and Social Security card, Kershaw knife, four black flashlights and wallet containing Apple iPod were recovered.
•Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 100 Block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham. An old wallet with rewards cards, etc. was stolen.
•Felony theft of property and criminal mischief from the 900 Block of Hwy. 31, Saginaw. A Kawasaki Mule and John Deere Gator were stolen, and a chain link fence was damaged/destroyed, valued at a combined amount of about $22,000.
•Promoting prison contraband from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. A tobacco pouch and disposable lighter were recovered.
•Theft of property fourth degree and criminal mischief from the 700 Block of Hwy. 52, Helena. A lawn mower and gas cans were stolen, and there was damage to the railing on a wood porch, all valued at a total of $570.
•Possession of drug paraphernalia from 7181 Hwy. 47, Dollar General, Shelby. An empty syringe was confiscated.
•Domestic investigation from the 7400 Block of Hwy. 61, Wilsonville.

•Theft of property fourth degree-shoplifting from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. Assorted items totaling $372.70 were recovered.
