VANDIVER – A 46-year-old Vandiver woman has been arrested on multiple felony drug charges.

Meredith Jemison-Bearden, also listed as Meredith Rhea Bearden, was charged in May with first-degree manufacture of a controlled substance, a Class A felony; unlawful possession of or receiving a controlled substance, a Class D felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.

Bearden, who lists an address on County Road 50 in Vandiver, is being held in the Shelby County Jail on a $256,300 bond.

Her preliminary hearing is set for July 6 at 8:30 a.m. in Shelby County District Court.
