MT LAUREL—Just like people, dogs require good nutrition for a healthy life. Thanks to Lucky Dog Grooming and Boutique’s partnership with Paw Tree, pet owners can now be sure they’re feeding their dog all the nutrients he or she needs.

Paw Tree is a pet food line that creates custom-made dog food.

“It’s a holistic diet with no fillers or anything artificial,” Paw Tree representative Kathleen Langsdale said. “(It) considers a dog’s breed, weight, activity level, allergies and a host of other factors.”

Using information about each dog, or family of dogs, Paw Tree creates a personalized nutrition plan. Owners can name their dog’s unique food formula, and each bag comes personalized with the dog’s picture. The foods are made with American-sourced ingredients and no byproducts.

“It’s the best ingredients that you can get for your dog,” Lucky Dog co-owner Alyssa Hall said.

“This does it all, it tells you exactly how much your dog should eat,” Lucky Dog co-owner Magan Hall added. “They’re customizing the formula to fit your dog’s needs… no more guessing the right food for your pet.”

Paw Tree delivers monthly shipments of personalized food to each pet owner’s door, so running out of food is never a worry.

“You don’t even have to leave your house to get it,” Magan Hall said. “It’s delivered straight to your door.”

Alyssa and Magan Hall feed their own three dogs custom Paw Tree food. While they said they enjoy the ease of Paw Tree, they agreed the best part of the service is the improvement they have seen in their dogs’ health.

“After a week, I noticed an immediate change,” Alyssa Hall said. “It’s easy to advocate for something that works… there’s not enough good to say about the product.”

Pet owners can stop by or call Lucky Dog for a consultation to create a personalized nutrition plan for their furry friend, or they can set up a Paw Tree account online at Pawtree.com/luckydog.

Lucky Dog is located at 33 Olmsted Street in Mt Laurel. The shop is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
