The Helena Business Association (HBA) is getting ready for the biggest Helena First Friday yet on July 3.
The event will feature live music, Saws BBQ and iCantina food trucks, over 35 area vendors, and the merchants in Old Town will be open late.
Helena First Friday, which is from 5:30-8:30 p.m., will be followed by fireworks presented by the City of Helena and FarmerGuard Pest Control.
It’s one of the most anticipated events of the year and will surely be one you won’t want to miss!
This week’s HBA Business Spotlight is Helena Landscape Supply & Nursery located at 4726 Highway 52 in Helena.
They have been located in Helena for over 26 years and offer retail nursery and landscape supplies, lawn maintenance, sod installation, sprinkler systems, landscape design services, and even have a certified horticulturist on staff.
Owner Greg Eddins says that he has seen a lot of changes in the landscape business over the years and due to his reputation of providing quality work at a fair price, he was able to weather the financial downturn from a few years ago and has emerged strong and is now seeing business grow.
Eddins says when helping local residents with their landscaping needs, it all starts with an idea.
“If you have an idea for that eyesore of yours, great,” he said. “We have the skills to make your concept a reality that we’re confident will go beyond your expectations. Whether they’re one-of-a-kind or out-of-this-world, we’re on the job until it’s completed to your satisfaction.
“Maybe you only know that you want … something. That’s all we need to go on. We’re experts at consultative and creative solutions. Give us a feeling, a color, anything and we’ll design a custom solution that’s equal parts beautiful, functional and maintainable.”
